Agenda 21 is a model for drawing up municipal sustainability policies.
It establishes strategies for tackling the effects of environmental degradation and promoting development compatible with the environment.
Cultural and Congress Centre

The project called "A Erik Satie" won the international architecture
competition for the building of the Cultural and Congress Complex.
