Sabadell in the Modern Era
During the Modern Era (from the 16th to the 18th century), Sabadell was a small town with narrow, irregular streets surrounding the market and the church of Sant Fèlix. Throughout these three centuries, between the Middle Ages and industrialisation, the city suffered a series of misfortunes, with wars, plagues and falling population, but it also saw social and economic advances, with a growing role being played by the Municipal Council, the building of the first school, the belltower of Sant Fèlix, the Duran House, etc.

A series of buildings can be visited in the city, bringing the visitor closer to the situation of that period. You can walk along the streets that have been preserved and see the buildings that remain. Among these buildings the following should be highlighted:
Houses in Calle Sant Antoni, 31-33.
