1. Sant Nicolau Cemetery
Opened on 26 June 1864 and built according to plans by Josep Antoni Obradors i Poch and with a main façade the work of the architect Francesc Renom Romeu. The cemetery has undergone successive expansions.
Open to the public. Address: Ctra. de Granollers, km. 0.150

Area for burying non-Catholics (until the Vatican II Council (1962-1965) when this type of distinction was removed).

Among many others, the mausoleum temple of Joan Carol Prat (1918) and the Sallarès Deu family mausoleum (1916) are outstanding.

2. Ripoll Market Gardens
On the right of the River Ripoll, to the south of La Salut bridge and at the foot of the Cobertura district, lies what was the main agricultural area of the city of Sabadell, the so-called Horta Major (Large Market Garden), today known as Horta Vella (Old Market Garden). This market garden is documented from the middle of the 13th century onwards.
Walking around the Horta Vella, you can discover this area through the mills, steam mills, market gardens, paths and irrigation ditches.

From the city centre you are recommended to get to the river along Paseo Revolució (which can be taken from the end of Calle Quevedo).

Open to the public. It is recommended to wear suitable walking shoes.
