All elements of the Sabadell.net portal (including but not restricted to, source codes, databases, design, images, photographs, drawings, graphics, applicatives, search engines, pages, logos, trademarks and commercial names) are the property of, have been transferred to or are licensed by Sabadell City Council (unless expressly indicated).

Copyright and exploitation rights of all kinds are therefore protected by national and international intellectual and industrial property regulations, infringement of which is an illegal and criminal act.

In particular, but without limiting the user's obligations expressed in the previous section, the reproduction, except for private use, transformation, distribution, public communication and, in general, any other form of exploitation for any procedure, of all or part of the contents of Sabadell.net, is prohibited, as well as its design and the selection and form of presentation of the materials included.

Similarly, users must refrain from decompiling, disassembling, sublicensing or transmitting in any form, and from translating or carrying out work deriving from the computer programmes necessary for the functioning and use of the portal or access to it.
